There is a reason handmade still matters. This Hand-Tufted Carpet is crafted in India using 100% natural wool, hand-carved and embossed so a cluster of full overlapping circles in varied sizes blend into new tones at every intersection, each circle edge raised and carved for crisp, sculptural definition. The piece is die-cut to the bumpy outline formed by the outermost circles themselves, giving an overall silhouette that reads as round with soft irregular bumps rather than a perfect, unbroken circle.
The Jewel Tone Cluster colorway sets cobalt blue, magenta, marigold, emerald, plum, and olive circles against each other, with overlaps resolving into violet, rust, and forest tones. This is the closest match yet to the original overlap-creates-blended-color principle first described for SOLAR ARC SPECTRUM (KB-1026, KB-1078, KB-1079, KB-1098, KB-1100) — full circles rather than arc segments or triangular facets — filed as its own design given the different geometry, but worth noting as a return to that founding technique.
