How to Claim Your Warranty
If you believe your rug has a manufacturing defect:
Contact Us via email at info@kaleenbaba.com or call us at +91 9005900831. Provide Photos: Attach at least 3 clear pictures of the defect. Proof of Purchase: Share your original invoice or order confirmation.
We will review your case and offer the best possible solution. Please note:
Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims. However, we can help arrange pickup and delivery for your convenience. If a replacement is issued, the warranty continues from the original purchase date, not from the replacement date.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover the following:
Shedding: Some shedding is normal, especially in wool rugs. Regular vacuuming on low power can help reduce it. Sprouting or Tuft Loss: Isolated fibers or tufts may loosen and are considered standard for handmade rugs. Color or Texture Changes: Natural dyes and fibers may change slightly due to sunlight, humidity, or environmental exposure. Rolling Marks: These are temporary and generally disappear with regular vacuuming. Matting and Crushing: Can occur with use and should be managed with routine maintenance. Initial Odor: A new rug may have a mild smell, which typically fades after airing out in sunlight for 24 hours (place the rug upside down).
