If you find a defect, please let us know by emailing info@kaleenbaba.com or calling +91 9005900831. Include 3 pictures of the damaged carpet or rug. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will find the best solution for you. Note that warranties are non-transferable and you’ll need to provide proof of your original purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, but we can arrange pickup and delivery for your convenience. If we replace your rug under warranty, the remaining warranty period will still be based on the original purchase date.

Defects Not Covered Under Product Warranty

  • 1. Shedding: Some shedding is normal. You can reduce it by vacuuming the rug on low power at least once a week.
  • 2. Sprouting and Tuft Loss: Occasionally, fibers may sprout or single tufts might come loose. This is a common occurrence.
  • 3. Color and Texture Changes: Natural fibers and dyes can change color or texture over time, especially with prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat, or certain gases.
  • 4. Rolling Marks: These marks can appear but will usually disappear with regular vacuuming.
  • 5. Matting and Crushing: Proper maintenance can help reduce matting and crushing of the rug.
  • 6. Odor from New Rugs: New rugs might have a slight odor after being removed from their packaging. This can be reduced by placing the rug (with the back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
