You can cancel stock orders before shipping. Custom/backorder items cannot be canceled once manufacturing starts.

- For orders within the US: No hidden fees. Prices listed already include all applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Is Shipping Free?
- Within India: Yes, shipping is absolutely free on all orders.
International Orders: We deliver worldwide. Shipping is included in the listed price, but local customs duties or import taxes (if any) must be paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Are All Taxes Included in the Price?
International Orders: While our prices include shipping, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the laws of your country. These are to be paid to the courier company upon delivery.
Do You Offer EMI Payment Options?
Within India: Yes, EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) options are available at checkout on eligible cards.
Outside India: Not at this time. EMI is currently not supported for international orders.

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?
Please note:
All our rugs are made-to-order — handcrafted especially for you after you place your order. That means:
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or replaced.
We do not keep rugs in stock unless specifically mentioned.
- If we have any ready-stock rugs available, we will announce it on our website or social media. In such rare cases, cancellations or returns are allowed before shipping.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?
- Made-to-Order Rugs:
Each rug is custom-made after your order. Once production has started, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed. - Ready-Stock Rugs (if available):
You may cancel or request a return only before shipping. We’ll clearly announce when any rugs are available in stock.
Full Refunds Before Shipment: (Only on stock)
If you wish to cancel and your rug hasn’t entered the production or shipping process yet, you can receive a full refund.
Return Policy
How Do I Return a Product?
- For Indian Customers:
You can return your rug within 15 days of receiving it – no questions asked!
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We’ll help arrange the return logistics if needed. - For International Customers:
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, the 15-day return policy does not apply to international orders.

You can return the rug within 15 days of delivery.
It must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?
Once your returned item passes the quality check:
We’ll initiate the refund within 48 hours.
The refund will be reflected in your account within 7–8 business days.

Is the Return Policy Valid for Overseas Customers?
