Premium Quality rugs are eligible for exchange within the warranty period at a 100% discount on the current price — a fully complimentary exchange. You choose your replacement rug and we handle the rest. Courier charges apply for both domestic and international shipments. The warranty period varies by weave type and is outlined in the coverage table above.
High-Grade Quality rugs are eligible for exchange within the warranty period at a 50% discount on the current price of the replacement rug. This gives you an affordable path to refresh your space without starting from scratch. Courier charges apply for both domestic and international shipments.
During the warranty period, you may opt for upgrades or custom modifications at a nominal service fee. Available modifications include: resizing your rug to new dimensions, recolouring or re-dyeing to a new palette, adding or removing fringes, and reinforcing the backing for improved durability and grip. All work is carried out by hand by our expert craftspeople.
Yes. If you own a rug or carpet from another brand, you may still be eligible for an upgrade under our programme. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition, material, and construction of your existing piece. For more details, please contact us via email and our team will advise on your options.
