Order Editing, Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy

At Kaleen Baba, every rug is custom-made after your order is placed. We do not stock ready-made rugs. Because of this made-to-order process, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding changes, cancellations, and returns.

Exchange

High-Grade Quality Products:
Exchange within the warranty period at a 50% discount on the current price. Courier charges apply (domestic & international).
Premium Quality Products:
Exchange within the warranty period at a 100% discount on the current price (free exchange). Only courier charges apply (domestic & international).
Upgrades & Modifications:
You can upgrade or modify your rug at a low service fee during the warranty period. Examples include:
Resizing your rug
Recoloring or re-dyeing
Adding/removing fringes
Reinforcing the rug’s backing

Note: Courier/shipping costs are always borne by the customer for both domestic and international exchanges.
Note: Exchange is allowed only within the warranty period.

Editing or Cancelling Your Order

Since each rug is handcrafted exclusively for you:

Once manufacturing begins, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or replacements.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us immediately with your order details at:

In rare cases where a rug is available in stock, we will clearly mention it. Refunds or returns are allowed in those cases.

NOTE:- You can cancel stock orders before shipping. Custom/backorder items cannot be canceled once manufacturing starts.

How to Return a Rug to Kaleen Baba

Follow these simple steps:

1. Request a Return:

3. Pickup Scheduled:
We’ll arrange pickup within 3–4 working days based on your availability.
4. Self-Shipping (Optional):
If you ship the rug yourself, make sure it’s sent back within 48 hours of your return request.
5. Packaging:
Use the original packaging. If it’s damaged, let us know — we’ll send you a tamper-proof packet.
6. Pickup Acknowledgment:
Get a proof of return — a paper receipt, tracking photo, or SMS confirmation is enough.
7. Processing Time:
Allow 8–10 days after we receive the rug to complete the return process.
8. Quality Check:
Once the rug arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it. If everything’s in order, we’ll initiate the refund.
9. Refund Options:

Apply it toward another purchase, or
Get a refund to your bank account or original payment method.

Refund Details:

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to your bank account.
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking).
