Made-to-Order Production<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Most Kaleen Baba rugs are created only after an order has been successfully placed and\r\n                confirmed. Because every rug may require individual material preparation, colour\r\n                matching, handcrafting, finishing, quality inspection and packaging, made-to-order\r\n                products cannot be dispatched immediately.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Production begins only after:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Full payment has been received and successfully verified<\/li>\r\n                <li>The required size has been confirmed<\/li>\r\n                <li>The design, colours and materials have been confirmed<\/li>\r\n                <li>Any customisation instructions have been approved<\/li>\r\n                <li>Any required design or colour confirmation has been completed<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If we require additional information or approval from the customer, the production\r\n                timeline may remain on hold until the required response is received.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 2 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>2. Production and Processing Time<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Our estimated production and processing time is generally 2 to 6 weeks. The exact\r\n                processing time depends on several factors, including:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Rug size and shape<\/li>\r\n                <li>Design complexity<\/li>\r\n                <li>Construction technique<\/li>\r\n                <li>Material availability<\/li>\r\n                <li>Number of colours<\/li>\r\n                <li>Colour-matching requirements<\/li>\r\n                <li>Customisation requirements<\/li>\r\n                <li>Hand-carving or embossing work<\/li>\r\n                <li>Washing, drying and finishing requirements<\/li>\r\n                <li>Quality-control procedures<\/li>\r\n                <li>Laboratory or product testing, where applicable<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Smaller and less complex rugs may be completed closer to the lower end of the estimated\r\n                timeframe. Large, oversized, highly detailed or fully customised rugs may require the\r\n                full production period or, in exceptional cases, additional time.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                We do not compromise the quality of a handmade rug simply to meet an earlier dispatch\r\n                date. Production Time and Delivery Time Are Different<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                The production period and courier delivery period are separate.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li><strong>Production time<\/strong> is the time required to manufacture, finish, inspect and pack the rug.<\/li>\r\n                <li><strong>Dispatch date<\/strong> is the date on which the completed rug is handed over to the courier.<\/li>\r\n                <li><strong>Transit time<\/strong> is the time taken by the courier to transport the package.<\/li>\r\n                <li><strong>Delivery date<\/strong> is the date on which the customer receives the order.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                The estimated courier delivery period begins only after production has been completed\r\n                and the order has been dispatched. For example, if a rug requires four weeks for\r\n                production and five business days for courier delivery, the total estimated time will be\r\n                approximately four weeks plus five business days.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 4 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>4. Kaleen Baba cannot guarantee the amount of customs duties or taxes that may be\r\n                charged by local authorities.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Where duties and taxes are expressly stated as included or prepaid, the customer will not\r\n                be asked to pay the same included charges again. Tracking information may require up to 24\u201348 hours to become active after the\r\n                parcel has been collected.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and responding promptly\r\n                to any courier communication. Temporary gaps in tracking updates do not necessarily mean\r\n                that the shipment has been lost. Customers should notify\r\n                us immediately if the delivery address requires correction.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, an address change may not be\r\n                possible. Any additional courier charge for an address correction, shipment redirection\r\n                or re-delivery may be payable by the customer.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                For fraud prevention and payment-security reasons, we may be unable to change the\r\n                delivery country or make substantial address changes after payment has been completed.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 11 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>11. Delivery Attempts<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                The customer or an authorised person should be available to receive the package at the\r\n                delivery address. Depending on the shipment, the courier may require:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>A signature<\/li>\r\n                <li>Identification<\/li>\r\n                <li>A one-time password<\/li>\r\n                <li>A delivery appointment<\/li>\r\n                <li>Telephone confirmation<\/li>\r\n                <li>Customs documentation<\/li>\r\n                <li>Payment of applicable import charges<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery, leave instructions\r\n                or hold the package at a local facility. The customer is responsible for following the\r\n                courier's instructions within the permitted timeframe.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Any re-delivery, storage, address-correction or return-to-sender charges caused by the\r\n                customer's unavailability or failure to respond may be payable by the customer, where\r\n                legally permitted.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 12 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>12. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting Kaleen Baba. Refusing a\r\n                package does not automatically cancel the order or create an automatic right to a refund,\r\n                particularly because our rugs are made specifically for the customer.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                A shipment may be treated as refused or unclaimed if the customer:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Declines to accept delivery<\/li>\r\n                <li>Does not respond to the courier<\/li>\r\n                <li>Does not collect the package<\/li>\r\n                <li>Provides an incorrect address<\/li>\r\n                <li>Fails to provide required customs information<\/li>\r\n                <li>Refuses to pay applicable destination charges<\/li>\r\n                <li>Is repeatedly unavailable for delivery<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If an order is returned to us for one of these reasons, the customer may be responsible\r\n                for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, storage charges, customs charges\r\n                and any additional courier expenses, subject to applicable law. Any available resolution\r\n                will be considered only after the rug has been returned to us and inspected.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 13 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>13. Delays During Production<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Handmade production involves multiple stages, and occasional delays may occur. Possible\r\n                reasons include:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Material shortages<\/li>\r\n                <li>Colour-dyeing delays<\/li>\r\n                <li>Additional customer customisation<\/li>\r\n                <li>Delayed customer approval<\/li>\r\n                <li>Quality-control concerns<\/li>\r\n                <li>Laboratory testing<\/li>\r\n                <li>Finishing corrections<\/li>\r\n                <li>Remaking a section that does not meet our standards<\/li>\r\n                <li>Unexpected artisan or workshop disruption<\/li>\r\n                <li>Events beyond our reasonable control<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If a significant production delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the\r\n                customer and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. A short production delay does\r\n                not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation or compensation, especially\r\n                where production has already begun, subject to applicable law.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 14 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>14. Courier and Customs Delays<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                After an order has been handed over to the courier, its movement is managed by the\r\n                shipping company. Kaleen Baba will assist customers with reasonable tracking enquiries,\r\n                but we cannot control or guarantee the courier's actual delivery date.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Delivery may be delayed because of:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Weather conditions<\/li>\r\n                <li>Road or transport disruption<\/li>\r\n                <li>Courier capacity<\/li>\r\n                <li>Security inspections<\/li>\r\n                <li>Customs clearance<\/li>\r\n                <li>Government restrictions<\/li>\r\n                <li>Public holidays<\/li>\r\n                <li>Strikes<\/li>\r\n                <li>Natural disasters<\/li>\r\n                <li>Incorrect routing<\/li>\r\n                <li>Remote-area delivery<\/li>\r\n                <li>Events outside Kaleen Baba's reasonable control<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Kaleen Baba is not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, lost business\r\n                opportunities or other consequential losses caused by a courier or customs delay, to the\r\n                extent permitted by law. Customers should place time-sensitive orders sufficiently in\r\n                advance.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 15 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>15. Customs Clearance<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                For international orders, customers must provide any information or documentation\r\n                reasonably requested by the courier or customs authority. The courier or insurer may require\r\n                the packaging as evidence during an investigation.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 17 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>17. Transit Damage<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If a rug arrives with visible transportation damage, customers should contact us as soon\r\n                as reasonably possible. Please provide:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Order number<\/li>\r\n                <li>Description of the damage<\/li>\r\n                <li>Photographs of the full rug<\/li>\r\n                <li>Close-up photographs of the affected area<\/li>\r\n                <li>Photographs of the outer packaging<\/li>\r\n                <li>Photograph of the courier label<\/li>\r\n                <li>Unpacking video, where available<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                We recommend reporting visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery so that we can\r\n                contact the courier promptly. This requested reporting timeframe does not remove any\r\n                mandatory legal rights available to the customer.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Customers must not repair, clean, cut, alter or dispose of the damaged rug or packaging\r\n                before receiving instructions from Kaleen Baba, as doing so may affect the courier\r\n                investigation.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 18 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>18. Lost Shipments<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears to be lost, please\r\n                contact Kaleen Baba. We will request an investigation from the courier. Such\r\n                investigations may require time and can include:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Reviewing tracking scans<\/li>\r\n                <li>Contacting courier hubs<\/li>\r\n                <li>Confirming the delivery address<\/li>\r\n                <li>Checking customs records<\/li>\r\n                <li>Requesting proof of delivery<\/li>\r\n                <li>Searching courier facilities<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                A shipment will not be treated as officially lost until the courier has completed its\r\n                investigation or confirmed the loss. Any applicable replacement, refund or other\r\n                resolution will be considered according to the investigation outcome, insurance coverage,\r\n                marketplace requirements and applicable law.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 19 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>19. Orders Marked as Delivered<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If the courier marks an order as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the\r\n                customer should first:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <ul class=\"kb-policy-list\">\r\n                <li>Check the complete property<\/li>\r\n                <li>Ask family members or employees<\/li>\r\n                <li>Contact building reception or security<\/li>\r\n                <li>Ask immediate neighbours<\/li>\r\n                <li>Review any proof-of-delivery photograph<\/li>\r\n                <li>Check for a courier notice<\/li>\r\n                <li>Contact the courier's local office<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If the package remains missing, contact Kaleen Baba promptly so that we can request\r\n                further information from the courier. A replacement or refund cannot be guaranteed solely\r\n                because the customer cannot locate a package marked as delivered. The matter must first be\r\n                investigated.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- 20 -->\r\n        <div class=\"kb-policy-block\">\r\n\r\n            <h3>20. Delivery to Third Parties<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                If the customer asks us to deliver the order to another person, business, hotel,\r\n                warehouse, freight forwarder or third-party location, delivery to that authorised\r\n                location will generally be considered successful delivery.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Kaleen Baba is not responsible for loss, damage, delay or mishandling occurring after\r\n                delivery to a third party selected by the customer. Packaging<\/h3>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Every rug is packed according to its size, material, construction and destination.\r\n                Packaging may include protective wrapping, moisture-resistant layers, reinforced\r\n                materials or other suitable protection.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>\r\n                Large rugs may be folded, rolled or compressed for transportation. Temporary creases or\r\n                pile pressure may occur during shipping and usually reduce after the rug is unpacked,\r\n                laid flat and allowed to settle.
